We reply personally and usually within a day or two.
How do I delete my account? Send an email and we’ll wipe your data from our database. A self-service “Delete account” button is on the v1 roadmap.
Can I export my data? Email us and we’ll send you a JSON export of everything tied to your account.
The app isn’t loading anything Vecanv’s backend runs on a small home server. If you see “couldn’t load screens” persistently, the server may be briefly down — email us and we’ll restart it.
Voice mode isn’t responding Voice mode needs Microphone + Speech Recognition permission. Open iOS Settings → Vecanv → make sure both are allowed.
